Thanks for shopping at Dragonhaus LLC. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policies are here to provide limited options.


Warranty:

Dragonhaus is not responsible for failure or damage caused by faulty thermostats, heating elements, or fixtures installed by customer after taking possession. 


Returns:

You have 7 calendar days to return a shipped item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Items delivered by Dragonhaus LLC, or items picked up from Dragonhaus LLC are not available for return once you have taken possession of them. We strongly urge you to inspect each item when you receive it before taking possession of it. Dragonhaus LLC does not accept returns if you are not the original owner of the item.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 


Order Cancellations:

You have 48 hours to cancel an order, from the time the order was placed, without penalty and for a full refund. NO orders cancelled after 48 hours will receive a refund.
